“A charm" is the name for a gathering of the hummingbird, a creature known for its extravagant colour, beauty and delicacy. This mural is intended to be a contemporary celebration of vibrancy, nature. Our proposal was jury selected by the Allied Arts Council and Members of the Spruce Grove municipal council.
